1. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees!

3. How long does delivery take?

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Mon–Fri)Delivery Time: 10-15 business daysPlease note that every item goes through a custom production process before shipping.

4. When is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders after this time will be processed the next business day.

5. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! We offer full tracking on all orders so you can follow your package’s journey.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Email us at support@customheydude.com We'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructionsSecurely pack the item and include the RA number on the outsideShip it back using a trackable method

9. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

10. How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
